几年的修志实践,许多同志深有感触地说:修志工作,大部份是资料的收集工作。有人把这个过程誉为“十月怀胎”,把编写誉为“一朝分娩”,确实形象而又恰当地道出了收集资料的艰辛。几年的艰苦劳动,我们每个编辑室都收集了成百万、千万、甚至数千万字的资料。就象炼钢一样,矿石采来了,如何把这些矿石加以精炼,炼成不同成份的钢锭,再加工成不同型号规格的钢材,这就有技术方面的问题。修志也一样,如何把从不同渠道收集来的
