甲氨蝶呤(MTX)与果胶通过碳二亚胺法连接后再经离子化胶凝作用可得到MTX-果胶纳米粒。通过动态光散射法和显微镜可观察该纳米粒的形态、粒径和表面电荷。体外释放研究表明该制品在pH 7.4环境中具有缓释性能。
Methotrexate (MTX) and pectin by carbodiimide method and then by ionizing gelation MTX-pectin nanoparticles can be obtained. The morphology, particle size and surface charge of the nanoparticles were observed by dynamic light scattering and microscopy. In vitro release studies have shown that the product has a sustained release performance in pH 7.4 environment.
