5年多来,他满腔热情、勤奋努力地做好本职工作,在平凡的工作岗位上创造出了不平凡的业绩。2011年,他被银川市总工会授予“五一”劳动奖章,2012年,他又荣获全国“五一”劳动奖章。他就是李明海———新时期优秀农民工的代表。勤奋学习提高技能今年40岁的李明海出生于宁夏西吉县吉强镇大滩村。为了更好地生存,他走出了大山。2008年,他被聘在银川市第一建筑工程有限责任公司工作,几年的努力,使他成为公司施工队队长。
For more than five years, he has been passionate, hardworking and doing his job, creating extraordinary achievements in ordinary jobs. In 2011, he was awarded Labor Medal by the General Trade Union of Yinchuan City. In 2012, he was awarded the “May Day” Labor Medal again. He is Li Minghai --- outstanding migrant workers in the new era representatives. Diligent study and improve skills Li Minghai, 40, was born in Big Beach Village, Jijiang Town, Xiji County, Ningxia. In order to survive better, he stepped out of the mountains. In 2008, he was hired to work at Yinchuan No.1 Construction Engineering Co., Ltd. After several years of hard work, he became the company construction team captain.
