2015年是国家税务总局绩效管理“三年计划”中的第二年——“绩效推进年”。各级税务机关进一步完善绩效管理制度,优化考评指标体系,升级改进信息系统,全面推进纵向到底、横向到边的各层级绩效管理,税务总局、省税务局、市税务局、县税务局四级联动,努力做到管理科学、措施完善、手段先进、运行高效。
2015 is the second year in the Performance Management of the State Administration of Taxation and the “Three-year Plan” - “Performance Promotion Year”.
