CRTSⅡ型板式无砟轨道采用的水泥乳化沥青砂浆与CRTSⅠ型板式无砟轨道采用的CA砂浆相比,具有弹性模量、抗压强度高的特点,两者在搅拌、灌注工艺上也存在较大差异;砂浆原材料类型、环境条件、搅拌设备等对水泥乳化沥青砂浆的工作性能、力学性能和耐久性能均产生较大影响。结合沪杭铁路客运专线CRTSⅡ型板式无砟轨道工程施工实例,介绍了水泥乳化沥青砂浆拌制、运输及轨道板封边、预湿、砂浆灌注等工序的施工方法。
Compared with the CA mortar used in the CRTS Ⅰ slab track, the CRTSⅡ slab ballastless track has the characteristics of high modulus of elasticity and high compressive strength. Both of them have larger stirring and pouring processes Difference; the type of raw material of mortar, environmental conditions, mixing equipment and so on cement emulsion asphalt mortar work performance, mechanical properties and durability have a greater impact. Combined with the CRTS Ⅱ slab ballastless track construction project of Shanghai-Hangzhou Passenger Dedicated Railway, this paper introduces the construction methods of cement emulsified asphalt mortar mixing, transportation, rail edge sealing, pre-wetting and mortar pouring.
