标准是市场竞争的制高点。一直以来,西方发达国家主导着大多数国际标准化组织和国际标准的制定。在国际新闻出版标准化领域情况也是如此。随着我国国力的增强和在国际标准化领域地位的提高,我国新闻出版标准化领域成功提出并主导制定了第一个国际标准,在新闻出版领域国际标准化舞台上也发挥着越来越重要的作用。我国应根据国际标准化的新形势,抓住有利时机,采取多种策略发展国际标准化工作。
Standard is the commanding height of market competition. All along, the western developed countries dominate the formulation of most of the International Organization for Standardization and international standards. The same is true for the standardization of international press and publication. With the improvement of China’s national strength and the rise of its status in the field of international standardization, the first international standard has been successfully put forward and dominanceled in the field of standardization of press and publication in our country. It has also played an increasingly important role in the international standardization stage in press and publication. In accordance with the new situation of international standardization, our country should seize favorable opportunities and adopt various strategies to develop international standardization work.
