工程教育与产业需求之间有一定差距。一方面,大学生面临着难以找到工作;另一方面,雇主实际上无法找到适用的人才。为了满足工程人才培养的质量要求,CDIO通过每一个教学步骤履行行业能力要求,提高学生解决实际问题,协调和沟通能力。国内外经验表明,边干边学CDIO理念和方法是先进的、可行的、是完全适合职业教育的改革。本文讨论了基于CDIO理念的数据库课程教学评价改革问题,在高职数据库教学中取得一定的实践经验。
There is a certain gap between engineering education and industrial demand. On the one hand, undergraduates are faced with hard-to-find jobs; on the other hand, employers are virtually unable to find the right people. In order to meet the quality requirements of engineering personnel training, CDIO fulfills the industry capacity requirements through every teaching step so as to improve students’ ability of solving practical problems, coordination and communication. Domestic and foreign experience shows that the CDIO concept and method of learning by doing is advanced and feasible and is completely suitable for the reform of vocational education. This article discusses the reform of teaching evaluation of database course based on CDIO concept, and obtains some practical experience in the teaching of higher vocational database.
