我厂生产的几种林业用小型养路和运输车辆中,制动器部分有一种凸轮轴零件,如图1所示。在没有条件购置专用凸轮车床的情况下,我们设计并制造了一种双偏心凸轮面车削装置,安装在C620车床中拖板上,成功地解决了凸轮轴凸轮面的粗、精加工。装置结构如图2所示。在车床中拖板中卸去丝杠、丝母及刻度板,原安装丝母处装上挡块12,刻度板处装一块M20的丝母板10,挡块右装回位弹簧11,丝杠由M20丝母板拧入,套入弹簧及挡块,丝杠上再拧进两个M20螺母13,并拼紧。拆下小拖板,以原心轴定心,装上靠模底板8,校准滚轮6后,用T型螺
