对于企业来说隐性知识比显性知识更有价值,但是隐性知识的共享却一直是知识管理中的难点。文章以酒店为研究对象,在分析目前酒店业隐性知识共享现状的基础上,运用社会网络分析法对酒店内部团队的可视化进行分析,发现团队内的关键人物、中介点和孤立点,结合深入访谈,进一步发现团队内的深层问题,为制定有效的隐性知识共享措施提供依据。“,”Tacit knowledge is more worthful than the explicit knowledge for enterprise, but the the tacit knowledge sharing is difficulty part in knowledge management. Illustrated by the case of a hotel, basing on the analysis of the current situtation of tacit knowledge sharing,we analysis the hotel internal team using the social network analysis wth visualization,found that the key figures,isolated point and intermediary agent.And then combined with deep interviews of the team,we found the further problems within the team.This paper want to offer some evidences to make effective implicit knowledge sharing measures.
