本文从产业链视角对外资进入内蒙古自治区内的乳品企业进行调研,发现目前外资已经渗透到区内乳品生产的各个环节,但在各个环节的参与力度不同,条件成熟时控制其中某些环节的风险较大。针对调研发现的问题,提出了支持奶源基地建设,理顺乳品产业链上的利益联结机制等方面的政策建议。
