我院１９６５～１９９２年治疗１２例鼻咽纤维瘤，均为男性青年，年龄１２～２２岁，平均１７岁。起病均诉鼻阻塞，鼻腔间断发生出血。治疗采用全麻下手术切除，为术中安全，术前均作预防性气管切开术。其中２例术前有严重出血，肿瘤较大，术前作颈外动脉结扎。另２例术中配合冷冻以减少术中出血量。其中１１例经硬腭途径，１例经鼻侧切开途径切除肿瘤。经３年以上随访，术后２年复发１例，转院再次手术治愈。
In our hospital from 1965 to 1992, 12 cases of nasopharyngeal fibroids were treated, all male, 12 to 22 years old with an average of 17 years. The incidence of nasal obstruction were vomiting, nasal bleeding occurred intermittently. Treatment under general anesthesia for surgical resection, for intraoperative safety, preoperative prophylactic tracheostomy. Two of them had severe hemorrhage preoperatively, and the tumors were large. The external carotid artery was ligated before surgery. The other 2 cases with surgery to reduce intraoperative blood loss. Among them, 11 cases were treated by the palate and one by the nasal dissection. After more than 3 years of follow-up, 2 cases relapse after surgery in 1 case, transfer surgery again cured.
