环剥技术早已用于杜仲树,比伐倒一次剥皮总体上提高产量4~9倍。1992年,我们将此法试用于名贵中药材黄柏。小区试验结果,成活率百分之百,取得极好效果。具体做法如下:1 掌握环剥时间黄柏与杜仲一样,最关键的因素之一就是“剥适其时”。过早过晚都会造成损失。过早温度低,湿度不够,容易使剥过皮的树干脱水,影响成活;过晚则雨季已过,昼夜温差大,白天光照强,不利再生树皮形成。最好的时间是夏至前几天至中伏,即6~7月份。2 环剥步骤 (1)选好候剥植株,在树干分支下面环切一刀,在距地面3厘米处再环切一刀,在两环割圈间纵切一刀,便成“工”字形;(2)在上环切口与 Girdling technology has long been used in Eucommia ulmoides, bark cutting down an overall increase in yield 4 to 9 times.
