对118例糖尿病患者的肌电图(EMG)进行了分析,结果表明:糖尿病周围神经病运动神经传导速度(MNCV)测定比针电极肌电图的异常率高;从神经损伤电位出现的分布情况看与年龄的长幼及病史的长短不具相关性;与血糖的高低也未发现明显关系。运动神经传导速度尤其双下肢运动神经传导速度与病程长短呈正相关,且可发现一些亚临床病变,是早期诊断糖尿病的一种颇有价值的检查手段。
The electromyogram (EMG) of 118 diabetic patients was analyzed. The results showed that the motor nerve conduction velocity (MNCV) of diabetic peripheral neuropathy was higher than that of the needle electrode EMG. From the distribution of the nerve damage potential Age and the length of the history of the disease has no relevance; and the level of blood glucose also found no significant relationship. Motor nerve conduction velocity, especially motor nerve conduction velocity of both lower extremities and the duration of the disease was positively correlated, and may find some subclinical lesions, early diagnosis of diabetes is a valuable examination.
