CrMn钢和Cr2钢是两种常用的工具钢,由于它们在热处理后变形很小,并且耐磨性很高,所以常用来作各种各样的切削工具和量具;Cr2钢又是典型的滚珠轴承钢。重要的切削工具,特别是量具和滚珠轴承,不但要求硬度高,耐磨性好,淬火变形小,并且要求尺寸稳定。影响尺寸稳定的因素计有:1.内应力的变化,2.残留奥氏体的变化,3.焉氏体的分解。普通淬火和低温回火,并给以时效处理,其效果为:1.高硬度和高耐磨性;2.内应力减少,3.残留奥氏体的稳定化,4.马氏体的分解和达到介稳定状态。后三项的结果可以使尺寸
