中央人民政府政务院,业经审查批准全国盐务工作会议关于全国盐务工作的决定,并发出政财字第二号院令,希各级政府贯彻执行。「关于全国盐务工作的决定」全文如下:中央为统一盐政,加强生产、运销、税收、保证民食与国家收入,召开了全国盐务会议,讨论了一九五○年的方针、任务、组织机构、产销关系和销区划分几个问题,决定如下:
