新生代农民工已是数量庞的农民工主体,将是产业工人的主力军。他们对中国经济、文化和社会生活的影响,都是十分巨大的。他们有着不同于上一代农民工的价值观念和行为方式,职业技能低是他们的主要问题。本文通过对新生代农民工的现状加以分析,从中得到新生代农民工就业难和用工单位招工难现象形成的原因,以及如何对新生代农民工进行职业技能培训。通过全文三大方面的阐述,本人提出了自己的观点,那就是——加强职业技能培训是新生代农民工胜任复杂的技能型工作的主要途径。
The new generation of migrant workers is already a large number of migrant workers, will be the main force of industrial workers. Their impact on China’s economy, culture and social life are enormous. They have different values and behaviors than the previous generation of migrant workers, whose low occupational skills are their main problems. This paper analyzes the current situation of the new generation of migrant workers, from which we can get the reasons why the new generation of migrant workers find it difficult to get employed and how to hire workers, and how to train the new generation of migrant workers. Through the three aspects of the full text of the exposition, I put forward my own point of view, that is - to strengthen vocational skills training is the new generation of migrant workers qualified for complex skills-based work the main way.
