计算结果表明,透镜抛光过程中的摩擦系数是工艺参数的多变量函数,上模摆角的瞬时变化决定了摩擦系数的时变特性。为了减小瞬变摩擦系数对加工精度造成的负面影响,提出了外载的合理变化规律。
The calculation results show that the friction coefficient of the lens polishing process is a multivariable function of the process parameters. The instantaneous variation of the swing angle of the upper mold determines the time-varying characteristic of the friction coefficient. In order to reduce the negative influence caused by the transient friction coefficient on the machining accuracy, the law of reasonable change of external load is proposed.
