尽管新中国60年来历经了几次严重的通货膨胀与紧缩的物价水平的大幅波动,但在总体上,无论是改革前30年还是改革后30年,我国的价格水平都保持了基本稳定的变动轨迹。这在于我国党和政府正确把握了物价稳定的目标、原则、方法和手段,紧紧抓住了价格水平变动的“中国式”政治经济规律。新中国60年稳定物价的演进历程为构建和谐社会所必备的和谐价格环境提供了三个方面的重要经验,即必须实现政府主导型向市场主导型的转变、继续推进价格改革和制度创新。
In spite of the severe fluctuations of inflation and tight prices in the past 60 years in New China, in general, the price level of our country has maintained a basically steady change both in the 30 years before and 30 years after the reform Trajectory. This is because our party and government have correctly grasped the objectives, principles, methods and means of price stability and firmly grasped the “Chinese-style” political and economic laws that have changed the price level. The evolution of the 60-year stable price in New China provides three important lessons for building a harmonious price environment necessary for a harmonious society. That is, we must achieve a government-led to market-oriented shift and continue to promote price reform and institutional innovation.
