目的目的对比研究三维超声与核磁共振在中晚孕胎儿颅脑畸形中的诊断价值。方法对12108例中晚孕胎儿先进行三维超声筛查,发现颅脑异常的建议患者到外院再行核磁共振检查,以引产尸检结果或产后影像学检查结果为确诊结果,比较两种诊断方法应用于胎儿颅脑畸形诊断在临床上的应用价值。结果核磁共振应用于中晚孕胎儿颅脑畸形诊断其敏感度为93.33%,显著优于三维超声60.00%,两者差异比较,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论核磁共振在中晚孕胎儿颅脑畸形诊断临床中,较之于三维超声更具优势,可于临床加以推广。
Objective To compare the diagnostic value of three-dimensional echocardiography and magnetic resonance imaging in the diagnosis of fetal brain deformity in middle and late pregnancy. Methods A total of 12,108 fetuses of middle and late pregnancy were examined by three-dimensional ultrasonography and found that patients with abnormal craniocerebral disease had to go to the hospital for further MRI. The results of autopsy or postnatal imaging examination were confirmed as diagnostic results. Two diagnostic methods were compared Diagnosis of fetal brain deformity in clinical application value. Results The sensitivity of magnetic resonance imaging in the diagnosis of middle and late pregnancy fetus was 93.33%, which was significantly better than that of three - dimensional ultrasound 60.00%. There was significant difference (P <0.05) between the two. Conclusion MRI in the diagnosis of fetal brain malformation in late pregnancy, more advantages than three-dimensional ultrasound, can be clinically promoted.
