企业发展战略,是企业从全局出发制定的经营活动的总谋划、总方针和总部署。企业发展战略关系着企业的生存和发展。重视企业发展战略的研究,是企业发展实践的呼唤,也是21世纪更为复杂激烈的市场竞争的呼唤。党的十五届四中全会决议指出,要加强企业发展战略研究。从某种意义上说,加强企业发展战略的研究和设计,具有相当的紧迫性。在国外,企业家和企业的高层主管、高层经营者,花在企业战略思考、战略研究上的时间,占其全部工作时间的一半或者更多。而在我国,企业的领导者花在企业发展战略方面的研究时间却少得可怜。着眼当前多,思考长远少;应付事务多,设计未来少。其结果往往是在瞬息万变的市场经济中迷失方向。

Focus more on the current, less long-term thinking; deal with more business, less design future. The result is often lost in a rapidly changing market economy.
