目的加强对肝性脊髓病的认识及重视。方法分析我院收治的7例肝性脊髓病患者临床资料,并对相关文献进行复习。结果肝性脊髓病是各种肝病晚期发生的脊髓损害,主要表现为双下肢缓慢进行性痉挛性瘫痪。典型的病理变化为脊髓侧索对称性脱髓鞘病变。本病预后不良,需综合治疗。结论本病多进行性加重,需综合治疗,早期肝移植有一定疗效。
Objective To strengthen understanding and attention of hepatic myelopathy. Methods The clinical data of 7 patients with hepatic myelopathy treated in our hospital were analyzed and the related literatures were reviewed. Results Hepatic myelopathy was a kind of spinal cord injury that occurred in a variety of late liver diseases. The main manifestations were slow progressive spastic paralysis of both lower extremities. A typical pathological change is a symmetrical demyelinating lesion of the spinal cord. Poor prognosis of the disease, need comprehensive treatment. Conclusion The disease more progressive increase, need comprehensive treatment, early liver transplantation have a certain effect.
