中央明确提出要消除贫困、改善民生,逐步实现共同富裕,确保到2020年农村贫困人口实展、推动二次创业的重要力量。近年来,青岛市黄岛区在返乡农民工“双创”现脱贫。要实现这个目标,农民工是一支非常重要的力量。大批农民工返乡创业、创新,成为带动区域经济社会发工作中做了一些探索。
The Central Government explicitly proposed to eliminate poverty, improve people’s livelihood, gradually realize common prosperity, ensure that the poor in rural areas will actually live and promote the second pioneering endeavor. In recent years, Huangdao District, Qingdao migrant workers in the home “double hit ” are now out of poverty. To achieve this goal, migrant workers are a very important force. A large number of migrant workers returned home to start their own businesses and innovate and have become some of the pioneers in boosting regional economic and social work.
