为打破山东种植业徘徊局面,确保花生生产有一个较快的恢复和发展。本文建议从实际出发,依靠科技进步,科学调整种植业结构,稳定花生种植面积,积极推广地膜覆盖、千斤高产、夏花生小麦双高产和旱地栽培等配套新技术;健全科技推广和整顿物资供应两大服务体系;加强领导政技结合;力争3—5年内使山东花生产量再上一个新台阶。
In order to break the hovering situation of Shandong planting industry and ensure that peanut production has a quick recovery and development. This paper suggests that starting from the reality, relying on scientific and technological progress, scientifically adjusting planting structure, stabilizing planting area of peanut, actively promoting new technologies such as plastic film mulching, high yielding, high yield of summer peanut wheat and dry land cultivation; Large service system; strengthen the combination of leadership and technology; and strive to 3 to 5 years to make Shandong peanut production to a new level.
