学校目的是为社会培养合格的建设者,而高职学院部分学生因各方面的原因不能很好的把握各种形式政策;对学业与职业、就业、创业等关系又不能很好的认识。在学习和就业过程中找不到自己的方向,处在高不成低不就的两难境地,没有本科生的学历和中技生的动手能力;达不到本科生的就业层次又不愿从事中技生的工作。为了使高职毕业生顺利走向职场,帮助其正确定位,学校职业指导工作开展便显得尤为重要。
The purpose of the school is to foster qualified builders for the society. However, some students in higher vocational colleges are not able to grasp various forms of policies due to various reasons. They can not get a good understanding of the relationship between study and employment, employment and entrepreneurship.
