一九五三年工作總結一年來我省文化藝術工作根據中央「整頓鞏固、重點發展、提高質量、穩步前進」的文教工作方針,除完成了發展電影放映隊的任務外,主要是進行了整頓鞏固工作,因而鞏固了過去的成績,糾正了某些盲目發展的偏向,開始將文化藝術工作納入國家建設計劃軌道,並適當滿足了广大羣眾日益增長的文化要求。但文化藝術工作仍然落后於人民羣眾的需要,工作的計劃性還不够,對某些事業的管理不够嚴格。這些都需要在今後工作中繼續加以克服和改進。
Summary of Work in 1953 In the past year, according to the cultural and educational work guideline of “rectifying and consolidating, focusing on development, improving quality and steady progress” of the Central Committee’s work in culture and the arts in our province, we have mainly rectified the tasks of developing the film screening team, Consolidating the achievements of the past, consolidating past achievements, correcting some blind development biases, starting to incorporate the work of culture and the arts into the track of state construction plans, and properly meeting the ever-increasing cultural demands of the masses. However, the work of culture and the arts still lags behind the needs of the masses, the planning of work is not enough, and the management of certain undertakings is not strict enough. All these will need to be overcome and improved in future work.
