从2003年1月1日开始,洋药商将以合资的形式在我国开办洋药店。这是日前从国家经贸委经济运行局传出的信息。有关部门官员认为,洋药店在我国登陆,意味着药品在流通领域里的成本会有所降低,老百姓买到手里的药会更便宜。据业内人士透露,洋药店最大的优势就是在全世界范围内统一进货、统一配送,不仅进货渠道专一,保证药品质量,而且“由一套人马管很多药店”,大大压缩了流通环节的成本,药品价格也会随之降低。据了解,在目前我国药品价格中,流通领域中所消耗的费用占药品总成本的40％。
