Siwu Decoction has been reported to reduce triglyceride and cholesterol in normal animals [1]. This article observed the effect of decoction and alcohol extract of Siwu Tang on triglyceride and cholesterol in experimental mouse model. The report is as follows. 1 Materials and Methods 1.1.1 Materials 1.1 Preparation (1) Preparation of Siwu Decoction: Angelica, Rehmannia, Radix Paeoniae Alba, Rhizome Chuanxiong (purchased from Dalian Medical Materials Co., Ltd.) Take the same amount as conventional decoction 2 times.
