用家兔四血管夹闭模型观察益气活血方对脑缺血再灌注损伤TXA2、PGI2及cAMP、cGMP的影响。在缺血30分钟和再灌注45分钟后,脑组织TXB2含量明显升高(P<0.05),6—ke-to—PGF1α含量降低(P<0.05),血浆及脑组织cAMP含量升高(P<0.05),而血浆及脑组织cGMP含量无明显变化(P>0.05)。在缺血前静注益气活血方(4.4g生药/kg),可明显抑制再灌注后脑组织TXB2含量的增加(P<0.05),提高脑组织6—keto—PGF1α含量(P<0.05),但对缺血及再灌注时血浆及脑组织cAMP含量的增加并无明显影响(P>0.05)。提示脑组织局部的TXA2/PGI2平衡失调与脑缺血再灌注损伤的发生发展密切相关。益气活血方通过改善脑组织局部TXA2/PGI2平衡而起到抗脑灌注损伤的作用
The effects of Yiqi Huoxue Recipe on TXA2, PGI2, cAMP and cGMP in cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury were observed by rabbit four-vessel occlusion model. The content of TXB2 in brain tissue and the content of 6-ke-to-PGF1α in brain tissue were significantly increased at 30 minutes and 45 minutes after reperfusion (P <0.05) (P <0.05), while the content of cGMP in plasma and brain tissue showed no significant change (P> 0.05). Pretreatment with Yiqi Huoxue prescription (4.4g crude drug / kg) before ischemia could obviously inhibit the increase of TXB2 content (P <0.05) and the content of 6-keto-PGF1α in brain tissue after reperfusion (P < 0.05), but had no significant effect on the increase of cAMP content in plasma and brain tissue during ischemia and reperfusion (P> 0.05). Tip brain tissue local TXA2 / PGI2 imbalance and cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury are closely related to the occurrence and development. Yiqi Huoxue Fang acts as an anti-brain perfusion injury by improving the local TXA2 / PGI2 balance in brain tissue
