党员主题教育是我局党员教育工作的一项卓有成效的传统活动。1992年以来,我们坚持以邓小平同志建设有中国特色社会主义理论为指针,结合行业特点,围绕“学理论联系实际常学常新,抓发展拼搏市场有声有威”这个总主题,在教育上抓总,方案上求特,路子上创新,工作上务实等方面走出了一条新路子,并且取得了初步成绩,涌现出一大批先进基层党组织和优秀共产党员,有力地促进了两个文明建设的发展。我们的主要做法和体会是:
