我国是多民族国家,民族问题是国家的重要问题,为了推动民族教育的发展,国家在民族教育事业上制定了不同的政策制度,形成了事实上的少数民族差别教育权利现象。民族差别教育权利是在人权、法定权利及民族平等等多种因素的共同作用下形成的权利现象,具有丰富的内涵,因此对相关问题的认知也不能片面来认识。下文以内蒙古、贵州等地的相关情况为例,从人权、法定权利及民族平等三个方面对民族差别教育权利内涵进行了阐述。
China is a multi-ethnic country. Ethnic issues are an important issue for the country. In order to promote the development of ethnic education, the state has formulated different policies and systems on ethnic education and has formed a de facto minority rights in education. The rights of ethnic differences in education are rights formed under the joint action of human rights, legal rights and national equality. They are rich in connotations and therefore can not be perceived one-sidedly. The following text takes the relevant situations in Inner Mongolia and Guizhou as examples to explain the connotation of ethnic difference education right from three aspects: human rights, legal rights and national equality.
