低效一直是高中语文教学的一个老大难问题。其主要根源在于教师的主导意识太强,学生的主体意识太弱。课程教学是学生在教师组织下有目标、有计划的认知学习活动。实现教学的有效乃至高效,必须实现教学方向、教研工作方向和育人方向的转变。
Inefficiency has always been a chronic problem in high school Chinese teaching. The main reason is that the teacher’s leading consciousness is too strong and the student’s subjective consciousness is too weak. Courses teaching is aiming for students to have targeted and planned cognitive learning activities under the teacher’s organization. To achieve effective and efficient teaching, we must achieve the teaching direction, teaching and research direction and the direction of educating people.
