福建省体改委日前制定出1996年福建经济体制改革要点,其主要内容如下:1.抓好现代企业制度试点工作,加大调整资产负债结构和改组改造的步伐;继续抓好省轻纺工业总公司组建国有控股公司的试点,加快福建建工集团公司、汽车集团公司、福日集团公司、福州二化等国有资产授权经营试点;选择一两家企业进行综合商社试点。
