葡萄籽油含有74％的亚油酸、多种维生素和微量元素。大鼠每日饲以葡萄籽油4ml/kg可使高脂血清总胆固醇降低,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平显著升高。高密度脂蛋白/总胆固醇比值升高。
Grape seed oil contains 74% linoleic acid, a variety of vitamins and trace elements. Rats fed daily with grape seed oil 4ml / kg can reduce high-fat serum total cholesterol, high-density lipoprotein cholesterol levels were significantly increased. High-density lipoprotein / total cholesterol ratio increased.
