肾、输尿管平滑肌痉挛引起的绞痛临床上统称为肾绞痛,是上尿路结石常见的症状之一。发作时患者面色苍白、全身冷汗,甚至出现疼痛性休克。过去沿用麻醉剂如度冷丁等治疗,但长时间应用有成瘾性。我院自1987年以来改用静脉推注安定,并同时与度冷丁组进行对照,取得了良好的效果。现将病例报告如下。
