缩短脱矿处理时间,使异体骨保留一定的矿质含量而具有相应的机械强度,对于修复受力区骨缺损具有重要意义。本实验将不同脱矿时间处理的异体骨植入SD大鼠肌肉内,观察其诱导新骨生成的情况。结呆表明,保留一定矿质含量的部分脱矿异体骨具有与全脱矿异体骨相同的骨诱导能力,全脱矿异体骨移植后有纤维化趋势,而部分脱矿异体骨则逐渐被新生骨所代替。
