探讨采用流动注射-化学发光法测定药物制剂及生物流体中盐酸多巴胺。通过流动注射-化学发光装置将鲁米洛溶液、牛血清白蛋白溶液、纯水和盐酸多巴胺混合在碱性条件下流入流通池,由光电倍增管进行放大检测,最后对收集到的数据进行记录和处理。鲁米洛-牛血清白蛋白体系化学发光程度的降低值与盐酸多巴胺质量浓度的对数值呈线性关系,且线性范围为0.10-700μg/L。流动注射-化学发光法可以用来测定药物制剂及生物流体中的盐酸多巴胺。
