目的探讨妇科腹腔镜手术中常见并发症及其处理措施。方法回顾2007年10月至2012年10月腹腔镜手术的相关资料。结果 350例妇科腹腔镜手术,共发生并发症7例,经对症积极处理,均治愈出院。结论妇科腹腔镜手术中的并发症虽多,但只要掌握了导致其发生的相关因素,做好预防性的措施,提高技术水平,就可在腹腔镜术中、术后管理中得心应手。
Objective To investigate the common complications and treatment measures in gynecological laparoscopic surgery. Methods The data of laparoscopic surgery from October 2007 to October 2012 were retrospectively reviewed. Results 350 cases of gynecological laparoscopic surgery, a total of 7 cases of complications, the symptomatic active treatment, were cured. Conclusions There are many complications in gynecologic laparoscopic surgery. However, as long as the relevant factors leading to the occurrence of gynecological laparoscopic surgery are well controlled and the precautionary measures are taken and the technical level is improved, the laparoscopic surgery and postoperative management are very convenient.
