滚齿机挂轮机构上的带键套(图1所示),经常因润滑不良或负荷过重而出现烧坏的现象,致使其报废,不能继续使用。带键套原设计材料是15号钢,经渗碳、淬火处理后进行磨削。因此,加工工艺复杂,特别是磨削外圆需要专用工夹具。在一般工厂中,自制该备件困难很大,只能采用外购备件的办法,而外购备件经常货源不足,跟不上需要,并且价格昂贵。针对上述情况,我们对带键套的结构加工工艺进行了改进,如图2,材料改用45号钢或工具钢,淬火前铣出两个键槽,淬火后磨削内孔,套心轴磨削外圆及两端面,最后由钳工配上两个平键的加工方法。经使用效果很好,其特点为:
