档案信息资源是个新概念,至少从产生时间看是这样,因而档案界较少从信息资源的角度对档案布局问题进行研究。本文试图从信息资源的角度来探讨国家档案信息资源布局的问题。 1.国家档案信息资源布局的含义 信息资源是指自然界和人类社会中产生的各种有用信息经过加工处理使之有序化并大量积累而成的有机体。档案信息资源是其中一个重要组成部分,它包括档案原件和各种档案信息开发成果,后者如档案目录、档案文献汇编、档案综合参考资料以及档案复制件等。
