目的评估深圳市某印刷厂的职业病危害风险,探讨新加坡有害化学品职业暴露半定量风险评估方法的适用情况。方法应用新加坡有害化学品职业暴露半定量风险评估方法对深圳市某印刷厂商标印刷、平张印刷、光油岗位接触的化学性职业病危害进行风险评估。结果平张印刷岗位甲苯浓度超过职业接触限值,风险等级为中等风险,其他职业病危害因素未超过职业接触限值,风险等级为低风险或可以忽略的风险;商标印刷和光油岗位各种职业病危害因素均未超过职业接触限值,风险等级均为低风险或可以忽略的风险。结论该风险评估方法操作简单,实用性强,可以为企业的职业病危害风险控制提供参考。
Objective To assess the risk of occupational hazards in a printing plant in Shenzhen and to explore the application of semi-quantitative risk assessment methods for occupational exposure to hazardous chemicals in Singapore. Methods A semi-quantitative risk assessment of occupational exposure to hazardous chemicals in Singapore was conducted to assess the risk of chemical occupational hazards exposed to trademark printing, flat sheet printing and varnish exposure in a printing factory in Shenzhen City. Results Tensile printing jobs toluene concentration exceeds the occupational exposure limit, the risk level is medium risk, other occupational hazards do not exceed the occupational exposure limits, the risk level is low risk or negligible risk; trademark printing and varnish occupational hazards None of the factors exceeded the occupational exposure limits and the risk levels were low risk or negligible risk. Conclusion The method of risk assessment is simple and practical, which can provide reference for the control of occupational hazards in enterprises.
