1980年1月——1987年5月,我院共收治宫外孕41例。其中宫内置有节育器24例,占58.53％,本组就宫外孕发病与放置节育器的关系探讨于后。临床资料 1.年龄20-25岁9例;26-30岁9例;31-35岁10例;36-40岁9例:41岁以上4例。 2.产次。0产7例;1产2例;2产8例;3产以上23例(占56.09％);10产1例。 3.发病前临床症状与病史以腰痛、月经不调,停经、流产史多见。 4.避孕方法使用节育器24例(占58.53％)、服药1例;绝育术后2例;剖腹
January 1980 - 1987 May, our hospital received a total of 41 cases of ectopic pregnancy. Including intrauterine device IUD in 24 cases, accounting for 58.53%, this group on the incidence of ectopic pregnancy and placement of the relationship between IUD after discussion. Clinical data 1 age 20-25 years 9 cases; 26-30 years old 9 cases; 31-35 years old 10 cases; 36-40 years old 9 cases: 41 years old and above 4 cases. 2. Production times. 0 in 7 cases; 1 in 2 cases; 2 in 8 cases; 3 more than 23 cases (56.09%); 10 cases in 1 case. 3. Before onset of clinical symptoms and history of low back pain, irregular menstruation, menopause, abortion history more common. Contraceptive methods use IUDs in 24 cases (58.53%), taking 1 case; 2 cases after sterilization; cesarean section
