1 临床资料 1989年1月1日～1991年12月31日我科共收治妊娠合并前置胎盘患者23例,占同期分娩总数(2113例)的1.09％。年龄24～34岁,平均28岁。23例中有人工流产史者14例;初产妇18例、经产妇5例(其中2例有2次剖宫产史、1例因前置胎盘剖宫产史;自然分娩中1例有胎盘粘连史)。 23例孕妇产前均做过B超声检查(1～9次),分娩前最后一次B超声检查结果均与临床符合(距分娩前1
1 clinical data January 1, 1989 ~ December 31, 1991 in our department were treated pregnant with placenta previa in 23 cases, accounting for the same period the total number of deliveries (2113 cases) of 1.09%. Age 24 to 34 years old, average 28 years old. Among the 23 cases, there were 14 cases of artificial abortion history; 18 cases of primipara, 5 cases of mothers (2 cases had 2 history of cesarean section, 1 case because of placenta previa; 1 case of natural childbirth placenta Adhesion history). Twenty-three pregnant women underwent prenatal ultrasound B (1-9). The results of the last B-ultrasound before delivery were consistent with clinical findings
