With the widespread use of medical electronic devices in cardiovascular clinical applications, the safety issues in the process of use are even more prominent. It is reported that about 1,200 people in the United States are electrocution each year during routine diagnosis and treatment. The safety of electronic equipment applications has drawn increasing attention. Shock is generally divided into two categories, macro shocks and micro shocks. The impressed current on the body surface is called macro electroshock; the electric shock caused by the current flowing directly into the heart is called micro-shock, also called heart area shock. When the current is less than 10mA, macro shock will not cause casualties on the human body, the current exceeds 10mA, people will cause harm (human response to macro shocks in Table 1).
