病毒性心肌炎是部队的常见病。本文就此病的诊断和防治工作提出一些意见。一、诊断标准、分型及分期1.诊断标准:对病毒性心肌炎,国内外目前尚无统一的诊断标准。我们认为1981年第一期《中华儿科杂志》刊登的9省市心肌炎协作组制定的标准比较全面、完整,可作为临床确诊标准。《解放军医学杂志》1981年第四期刊登的魏氏提出的诊断标准,简单实用,符合我军情况,可以作为筛选的依据。2.分型:(1)心律失常型:此型系病毒选择性地侵犯心脏传导系统,而心肌细胞
