实施《劳动合同法》的意义《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》(以下简称《劳动合同法》)自2008年1月1日起施行。该法是规范劳动关系的一部重要法律,在我国法律体系中属于社会法。《劳动合同法》在制定过程中,通过广泛、认真地吸取社会各方面的意见,坚持了劳动法确立的劳动合同制度的基本框架,合理地规范了劳动关系,并进一步完善了劳动合同制度,弥补了原有制度的缺陷,是民主立法、科学立法的又一典范,也是我国劳动保障法制建设进程中
