目的对根管治疗发生失败现象的原因进行分析,以提出相应对策供临床参考。方法研究103名患者中失败患牙110颗,按照患者初次治疗情况、术中根管系统探查情况等方面对原因进行分析。结果失败病例里面根尖慢性牙周炎的人数最多,占到总人数的68.1%,其次为冠部渗漏型患牙等。结论由于预备不发等原因造成的根管未能彻底清理问题,是根管治疗无法成功的重要原。因,其他诸如根管遗漏、冠部渗漏等原因也可导致治疗失败[1]。
Objective To analyze the causes of failure of root canal therapy in order to put forward corresponding countermeasures for clinical reference. Methods A total of 110 patients with failed teeth were studied in 103 patients. The reasons were analyzed according to the initial treatment and the exploration of the intracoronary canal system. The results of failed cases of apical chronic periodontitis the largest number, accounting for 68.1% of the total number of people, followed by the crown leakage of teeth and so on. Conclusion The failure to thoroughly clean the root canal caused by lack of preparation is an important factor in the failure of root canal therapy. Other causes, such as root canal leaks and crown leaks, can also lead to treatment failure [1].
