目的采用Cd S纳米量子点为荧光探针,建立一种简单快速测定鱼类样品中痕量六价铬含量的测定方法。方法采用电化学法合成还原性谷胱甘肽(GSH)稳定的Cd S纳米荧光材料,痕量的六价铬对这种Cd S纳米荧光材料具有灵敏的荧光猝灭作用。结果在0.5~20.0μg/L范围内,Cd S纳米材料的荧光响应值与六价铬的含量呈线性关系,检出限在为0.1μg/L,测定的相对标准偏差小于5%,加标回收率在92%~107%之间。结论该方法能够快速灵敏检测鱼类样品中的痕量六价铬,具有重现性好,定量准确灵敏等优点。
Aim To establish a simple and rapid method for the determination of trace hexavalent chromium in fish samples using CdS nano-quantum dots as fluorescent probe. Methods Electrochemical method was used to synthesize CdS nanosized fluorescent materials stabilized by reducing glutathione (GSH). A trace amount of hexavalent chromium was used to sensitively quench CdS nanofluorescent materials. Results In the range of 0.5 ~ 20.0μg / L, the fluorescence response of CdS nanomaterials was linear with the content of hexavalent chromium. The detection limit was 0.1μg / L, the relative standard deviation was less than 5% The recovery rate is between 92% and 107%. Conclusion The proposed method can rapidly and sensitively detect trace hexavalent chromium in fish samples and has the advantages of good reproducibility, accurate quantification and the like.
