兵者，国之大事。军强则国安，军壮则国威。加强军队全面建设，增强国防实力，要做的工作很多。军队转业干部安置，是关系到部队长远建设的大事，今天的在职干部，绝大多数将成为明天的转业干部。今年是完成裁减军队员额 ５０万战略决策的最后一年，又是地方机构改革全面启动的一年，在这种情况下军转干部如何安置？每一个军转干部牵挂着，全国人民关心着。
