我国箱式电阻加热炉的炉底板大都采用耐热合金钢或耐热铸铁制成,它成本高、寿命低,尤其是耐热铸铁炉底板,高温氧化严重,氧化皮落到电阻丝上,使电阻丝烧断,影响生产,寿命只有一个月。我厂一台45千瓦箱式炉,主要用于精铸型壳的焙烧,由于硬脂酸蒸气的影响,一套1Cr18Ni9Ti的炉底板只能使用半年。为了寻求好的炉底板材料,我们比较了碳化硅和不锈钢的性能,认为碳化硅做为炉底
