目的分析识别某电梯生产企业生产过程中产生的职业病危害因素,评价其职业病危害现状、防护措施及其效果。方法采用现场职业卫生学调查、工作场所职业病危害因素检测、检查表法等方法对该项目进行评价。结果该项目主要职业病危害因素为电焊烟尘、锰及其化合物、一氧化碳、臭氧、氮氧化物、二甲苯、甲苯、二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯、紫外辐射、噪声、工频电场等。作业场所各危害因素浓/强度均低于国家相关标准限值。结论该企业在总平面布置、生产工艺及设备布局、卫生工程防护措施、个人防护用品、职业健康监护等方面基本符合相关标准、规范的要求,控制职业病危害的措施基本有效,但应进一步加强对噪声的防护。
Objective To analyze and identify the hazard factors of occupational diseases in the production process of an elevator manufacturer, and to evaluate the status quo of occupational disease hazards, protective measures and their effects. Methods The method of on-site occupational hygiene investigation, workplace occupational hazards testing, checklist method were used to evaluate the project. Results The major occupational hazards of the project were welding dust, manganese and its compounds, carbon monoxide, ozone, nitrogen oxides, xylene, toluene, diphenylmethane diisocyanate, ultraviolet radiation, noise, power frequency electric field and so on. The workplace concentration / intensity of the hazards are lower than the national standard limit. Conclusion The enterprise basically meets the requirements of relevant standards and norms in terms of general layout, production technology and equipment layout, sanitary engineering protection measures, personal protective equipment and occupational health monitoring, and the measures for controlling occupational hazards are basically effective.
